These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all services, resources, programs, and content offered by Evolve with Seema Puri (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our official website https://evolvewithseema.com and in any in-person or virtual setting.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our offerings, you (“Client” or “Participant”) agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any purchase, registration, or usage.

These Terms apply to clients and participants only. These do not apply to team members, instructors, employees, or freelancers working with the Company.

1. Services & Scope

The Company offers etiquette training, coaching, and soft skills programs through:

  • Live, in-person workshops and private sessions
  • Online group programs and recorded video modules
  • Digital downloads, written content, and branded materials
  • Event-based classes for schools, corporates, or private clients
  • Occasional merchandise, workbooks, or physical products

 

Each offering will be accompanied by its specific service description, deliverables, and terms of access.

2. Age Restrictions & Minor Participation

Our programs are designed for individuals aged 18 years and above.

  • Children or minors may participate in specific sessions (such as junior workshops or family programs) only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • It is the sole responsibility of parents or guardians to guide and supervise their children’s access and participation across our website and programs.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal data or engage directly with minors without adult supervision. If a child accesses our website or resources unsupervised, the Company is not liable for any unintended exposure to content or features.
3. Payment, Registration & Confirmation
  • Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment, either via website checkout or invoice.
  • Payment confirms your slot and agreement to these Terms.
  • Prices, discounts, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

All purchases are final unless otherwise specified in writing.

Refund Policy:

  • Digital courses, live online programs, and downloadable materials are non-refundable.
  • In-person session bookings may be rescheduled once if a written request is made at least 3 days in advance and approved.
  • No-shows and late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) forfeit the full fee.

 

Rescheduling & Transfers:

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be approved by the team in writing.
  • The Company reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify participants accordingly.
5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All content, including but not limited to guides, videos, lesson recordings, live sessions, designs, and presentation frameworks, are the intellectual property of Seema Puri or her licensors.

As a client, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, copy, or reproduce materials without written permission
  • Record or photograph sessions (live or virtual)
  • Use content for training, teaching, or commercial purposes
  • Share course logins or resources with others

 

Any unauthorized use may result in the termination of access without refund and legal action.

6. Client Conduct & Confidentiality

We expect all participants to:

  • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
  • Maintain confidentiality of other clients’ shared experiences
  • Avoid disrupting group sessions or private coaching spaces

     

Clients are strictly prohibited from:

  • Harassing or disrespecting the coach, team, or fellow participants
  • Attempting to solicit or poach other clients
  • Sharing session recordings or proprietary content
  • Violating group or session decorum

     

Violation of conduct expectations may result in removal without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee results. Individual progress is influenced by effort, mindset, and personal commitment.

The Company does not offer:

  • Medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice
  • Therapy or crisis counseling services
  • Guaranteed transformation timelines

     

Clients are responsible for applying the concepts taught. The Company shall not be held liable for lack of progress or dissatisfaction with outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Direct or indirect losses from the use of our Resources
  • Damages arising from unauthorized access, delays, or disruptions
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms or service providers

In case of dispute, total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God
  • Natural calamities
  • Illness or personal emergency
  • Governmental orders or restrictions
  • Technical failures or cyberattacks
10. Media Consent

By participating in sessions or events, you agree to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for marketing or training purposes. Written consent will be sought wherever feasible. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at team@evolvewithseema.com before the session.

11. Privacy & Data Use

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We may use your contact information for transactional communication and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.

12. Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be addressed through mediation first, and if unresolved, legally pursued in the courts of New Delhi, India.

13. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the revised Terms. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
